High Point, NC, November 1, 2009 – Ekornes, Inc. has honored two outstanding sales representatives with recognition awards for 2009.

Jeff Baird was recognized as Sales Representative of the Year. Baird’s territory includes Vermont and northeastern Canada.

Russ Kelley was recognized with the J.E. Ekornes Award of Excellence, given to the sales representative who best exemplifies the values of the Ekornes corporation.  Kelley’s territory includes southern California and Arizona.

“Russ Kelley has done a great job finding solutions for his customers,” says Bjerregaard. “In a time of tight advertising budgets Russ came up with creative ways to help his customers effectively get the Stressless Comfort message out to local areas while saving costs.”
